Oh the excitement!!!! :D

okay so my new years eve isn't going to suck after all!!! :D and I ill never ever ever doubt the power of my puppy dog face. So for very obvious reasons Andy isn't allowed to stay over when my parents aren't home(DUH!). So i was pretty bummed because I couldn't leave my house because I had to take care of my dogs(lame). But I called my parents(who are very very relaxed on vacation) and I was like "Please daddy please let me have tim and andy and hannah over for new years...or I will have to be here all alone or have to go to pops(I mean I love my grandparents but seriously for new years eve..no..sorry but no)" now meanwhile this entire time I was pacing my floor with my puppy dog face in full pout! and my dad was like "Sure thats fine just clean up after" AHHHH!!!! I think every time I want to do something I'm just going to wait until my parents go on vacation to ask them doing my puppy dog face at the same time of course! Is it sad that I'm 18 years old and that is still how I get my way...I'm going to say no. :)I;m going to make an awesome dinner for them I'm so excited! :D
OH! and other news(today has been pretty much a great day :D) me and Mathew(no i didn't spell it wrong my parents spelled it that way to be different) finished painting Liliana's room today :) Pink and brown. She is pretty much going to be the most spoiled little girl ever when she is born. I'm soo excited to be an Aunt! Auntie Heather :) I am sooooo unbelievably excited! And as sad as I am that I won't be at LU next semester and as much as I am going to miss all my wonderful friends. I am so excited to be here to watch Lily grow up and be her favorite Aunt(because lets face it, I'm already the best aunt because I help paint her room ;D)I seriously can not wait. And to be a good Godly influence in her life and hopefully in Mathew and Colleens life. She is going to need that. So does Mathew.

new years eve

well apparently I didn't need to create an account because I already had one...how or when that happened I'm not quiet(I never know how exactly to spell that word i never know if it is spelled quiet or quite...there will most likely be a lot of these little side notes.)sure. But I never updated it so here I am. The only thing on my mind right now is new years eve. We are supposed to get snow all day and night which means I am stranded at my house all alone(my dogs too of course, they would be offended if I left them out. My parents will still be in Florida and Andy, his family, and the friends I normally hang out with will all be stranded in Argyle. This stinks.
Wait, I'm sitting here complaining about how I am not going to go hang out with friends for one night. Stranded in my nice, warm house that has heat and cable. Oh yeah I have it really rough. It's not like there aren't thousands of people around the world who could care less its new years eve, don't have a house to spend it in, or don't even have the resources to know what day it is. This will probably be long because as I stated I'm home alone and my parents are in Florida so I'm pretty much just letting my mind flow to my fingertips that are furiously pressing each key. Anyways back to my point. I'm being silly it really is not a big deal. I read a verse in Philippians the other day about complaining "Do all things without complaining and disputing that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world" 2:16 We complain a lot. I feel like just being an American makes you want to complain. Sometimes we complain so much we don't realize how truly blessed we are in the first place.
